Honor Flight Major Supporters

The Dayton International Airport has played a vital role in supporting the mission of Honor Flight Dayton. The airport provides essential space and coordinates closely with TSA and the airlines to ensure our flights operate smoothly. Our missions would not be possible without this outstanding partnership.  In addition, the airport generously provides morning snacks, breakfast on our flight to Washington, D.C., and complimentary parking for our participants.  We extend our sincere gratitude for all that you have done—and continue to do—in support of our program.

Domicone Printing, located in Fairborn, and owner Fred Domicone along with his dedicated staff, have consistently supported all of our printing and copying needs, including our Honoring Yesterday’s Heroes program, as well as materials for our annual reception mailings.  They deliver high-quality products at competitive prices with exceptional turnaround times. We are truly grateful for their reliable and ongoing support.

The Wandering Griffin Brewery and Pub has been a valued partner in supporting our mission. By generously providing meeting space and a dedicated area for flight preparation and materials assembly, they play an important role in helping us organize and carry out each mission successfully.

VITAS Innovative Hospice Care® understands the special needs of Veterans near the end of life. In partnership with Honor Flight Dayton, VITAS is proud to provide healthy snacks for each Honor Flight participant flying to Washington, D.C. since Spring of 2009.

Vandalia Store and Lock provides a rental unit at no cost for storage of Honor Flight Dayton wheelchairs.  The facility is located on Rt 40 just west of the Dayton Airport Access Road.
